Why Ordino?

A groundbreaking residential project, located in the village of Ordino, in a privileged setting, with easy access to all the services of the village on foot. Ordino is a parish of the Principality of Andorra and it is considered to be the best preserved valley -it became Biosphere Reserve by Unesco in 2020- in the country while being at a short distance from the capital, Andorra la Vella. Ordino is also very well connected to all ski resorts in the country and has easy access to hiking, mountain biking, climbing and other outdoor activities. Ordino also houses the National Auditorium of Andorra and interesting museums.

The philosophy of La Querola is a new concept of luxury, intermunicipal and universal, where the meaning of the word is summed up in the use of different spaces.

Thanks to the groundbreaking lay-out created by Jean Nouvel, residents can enjoy their homes with total privacy, as if they were in an isolated house between the forest and the valley, but still being inside a building with other neighbours. You can find unique communal spaces that are designed to be enjoyed by residents that make live in La Querola an entertaining experience.

The project consists of 51 homes with character, which are interrelated with the surrounding landscape, all houses have interior and exterior spaces distributed at different levels within the volume of each of the seven buildings of La Querola de Ordino.
